About Project:

This will be an iconic residential development in Mulund and will have world-class amenities meeting the standards of Tata Housing Development Company Ltd. The Callison-designed residential towers will reflect a permeable building solution which creatively addresses high density housing without the look of traditional massing. 

Each of the six residential towers varies in height ranging from 31 stories to 41 stories, with the highest point at 159 meters. This staggered height configuration paired with framed vistas from the cut-outs will stylize a perforated skyline. Presenting an inviting stance with the towers’ angle-positioned wings, the development will resemble a grand scale, traditional horseshoe-shaped Asian house with a courtyard opened toward the major highway. The welcoming landmark will signify the gateway to Mumbai for passing commuters.

Living Experience:

The project will include unit options ranging from 2 to 4 Bedroom condominiums to 4 & 5 BHK duplexes, triplex and penthouses. Therefore, the market-driven development strategy will appeal to a diverse group of tenants with varied lifestyle needs and economic capabilities, while the outdoor components extend a common living experience for all. The architectural gestures for this high density residential project can express such unity. 

To break the uniformity of more than 950 dwelling units, the exterior design pattern will integrate prominent green spaces on sky bridges and roof terraces, which also provides more exclusive gathering spaces for tenants. Intriguing building façades will be formed through monumental cut-outs, shaded vertical garden scoop-outs and private garden balconies. Mulund is the queen of central suburbs of Mumbai. It is a bustling residential area and is easily accessible by road & central railway. Mulund has wide roads and significantly better infrastructure as compared to the suburbs along the eastern side. There are several educational institutes of repute, well equipped medical institutes, sports clubs, entertainment centers, recreational parks and places of worship. 

Mulund is strategically located at the junction of Navi Mumbai and Thane and the entire industrial belt which is comparable to that available in other metros is within a 30-minute radius. One of its plus points is the well-planned grid-shaped layout, which was designed by the German town planners M/s Carter & Crown in 1920.
